Kelly received her bachelor’s degree from Mongolian Humanities University in Chinese language teaching and translation. She taught Chinese at Mongolian Teachers University. She can understand Russian and Korean and can write and speak Mongolian Chinese and English. From the age of 7 until the age of 16, she danced in a national dance group and likes to play basketball and volleyball. She has also worked at a United textile company as a Chinese Mongolian translator. Currently she works with her husband in his business.
