Academies Director
My name is Amy Vailikit and I am excited to join the Inquisiminds team. I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology from Lynchburg College. I worked for the Department of the Army as a Management Analyst before staying home full time with my children. As they grew older I worked part time in Finance and Accounting and as a Fairfax County Public Schools substitute. My most recent position as a Teachers Assistant provided a fun and rewarding opportunity to work with preschool children aged 4-5 years old. I have also enjoyed working with children through volunteer opportunities with the PTA and my church. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my children in their various activities, and taking care of my 3 furry babies (a cat and 2 dogs from local animal rescues).
