The Art of Fondant: Cake Decorating

Teacher: Airyn Ibanez

Learn fondant techniques such as draping, ribbon roses, embossing, ribbons, bows, and adding fondant frills/ruffles to your cake.  Learn to construct realistic gum paste flowers and roses, petal by petal.  We will also learn how to cover squared cakes.  Students will be able to take home completed projects! 

New students are welcome. No prerequisite.

Material fee: $20 supply fee

Course Length: 1 hour per week / 7 weeks / quarter

Cost: $63 + $20 supply fee = $83 per quarter
