The Art of Fondant: Cake Decorating 1

Learn the basics of fondant!  How to prepare your round cake for fondant decorating, how to get perfectly smooth fondant and learn basic fondant techniques, such as crimping, quilting, swags, inlays and overlays. We will also learn how to use a wide assortment of cutters, along with having fun while creating figurines.   Students will be able bring home completed projects!  

Material fee:  For Grades K-2 and 3-6 – $15 supply fee payable directly to instructor at          

                     first class.

For Grades 7-Adult – $20 supply fee payable directly to instructor at first
