The Art of Fondant 2

Teacher: Airyn Ibanez

Learn more advanced fondant techniques such as draping, ribbon roses, embossing, ribbons, bows, and adding fondant frills/ruffles to your cake.  Learn to construct realistic gum paste flowers and roses, petal by petal.  We will also learn how to cover squared cakes.  Students will be able to take home completed projects! 

Material fee: $20 supply fee payable directly to instructor at the first class.
