Class Description

InquisiBridge Academy – Empowering Every Learner – Mondays

InquisiBridge Academy is a weekly drop-off program designed to support neurodivergent learners in grades K–12 (ages 5–21), including those with developmental and intellectual delays, in a warm, welcoming, and compassionate environment. Held on Mondays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the program centers on social-emotional learning through art, music and movement, yoga, and play. Children of all abilities will participate in both group and individual activities that foster communication, personal growth, and meaningful connection.

Each week focuses on a specific social-emotional skill to strengthen self-awareness, social awareness, responsible decision-making, self-management, and relationship skills. The daily schedule includes opening circle, yoga, art, social skills, music and movement, outdoor recess (1–2 times depending on weather), lunch, and closing circle. Topics covered include

Self Awareness Coping and Calming Strategies Growth Mindset Communications Reading Social Cues Empathy and Perspective Taking Friendship Conflict Resolution

Parents are not required to remain on site; however, families are encouraged to provide a personal aide if additional support is needed for their child to participate safely. This program requires that students are able to use the bathroom independently, participate in group classroom activities, and engage in outdoor recess. If these skills are not yet in place, a caregiver or therapist must attend the entire day with the student.
