Learn some basic cooking skills and get to enjoy the fruits of your labor. In this 8 week class, we will make 1 dish per week from scratch. The menu includes: muffins, cheddar biscuits, sausage tortellini soup, chili, pasta, sheet pan chicken, cookies, and shortcakes. Students will learn food prep, knife skills, safety, oven and range top skills, and clean up skills to utilize at home.
Students MUST be at least 10 years old to take this class. No exceptions.
Material Fee: $40 per quarter

Cost: $90 per quarter + $40 material fee = $130 per quarter
